Collections, gathered around a mood

A hallway in late afternoon, plaster walls holding the heat. The Terra credenza runs nearly eight feet along it, beech in Smokey Paldao split by a chasm that Cheddar Gold rods bridge under glass.

In the alcove, the Creekside chest carries two bands of textured satin brass across straight-grained eucalyptus. Above the credenza hangs five feet of Zana Brown, ivory and blush on ebony.

An apartment at dusk, the doors still open. The Vallejo cabinet lights three adjustable shelves behind glass, Celtis veneer in Antique Beluga with hand-carved moulding and Distressed Gold trim.

On the Latour chest, the Untamed bust is broken open by clear crystal. Above it, fifty inches of Tony Fey: a profile built from clustered metal fragments and gold leaf.
